Used Thermometer

A thermometer is a device used to measure temperature. It usually consists of a glass or plastic tube containing a liquid such as mercury or alcohol that expands or contracts with changes in temperature. The amount of expansion or contraction of the liquid is measured by a scaled display on the thermometer that shows the temperature in units such as degrees Celsius or Fahrenheit.
